This is a shortened version of the Racial Healing for Acupuncturists Course that I offer on my personal site. I’ve taken some of the best videos and gems from the full course and created a shorten version here on Udemy. If you are interested in doing the live sessions that we have or getting CEU credits for this content, please consider taking the Full course. The full course offers 20  NCCAOM CEUs. You can also take each module individually for separate CEUs.

Acupuncturists treat physical and emotional traumas every day. Acupuncturists have the capacity to help people heal from racism-specific traumas, which plague our patients. We just need the right tools to educate ourselves, and emotionally prepare ourselves to take on the role as healing justice practitioners.

The Two Most Fundamental Learning Objectives:

  1. To become more racially literate (how to recognize, respond to and counter forms of everyday racism.)
  2. To understand the influence of transgenerational racial trauma on the body, mind, and spirit.

Also walk away with ….

  1. The necessary tools to engage with your BIPOC patients and people in your life with compassion and understanding.
  2. A comprehensive and forever growing library of books, articles, films, interviews and other resources on the topics of racial trauma and traditional medicine
