My name is Roy Naraine. I’m a medical doctor with over 20 years of self-improvement training.

Over the past few years I have developed a number of symptoms that lead led me to believe that I might have become diabetic. Finally, a year ago I took the tests to confirm my worst nightmares.

I was indeed officially diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Now, this is a type of story that happens to thousands of people all around the world every single day. They get the symptoms, they get diagnosed and then they get sentenced to a life of popping diabetes pills and shoving needles in their fingers to measure their blood sugar levels. For the rest of their lives.

However, what was different about me is that I had rejected my sentencing. I decided to find a better way. I decided to fix my own body and live my life as a free man.

After months of experimenting I had come to the conclusion that the steps I’ve taken towards this, could actually be compiled into a short, 3 point recipe. And this is exactly what I will be talking about in this course.

And please, don’t worry. I will not get too medical. I promise to stick to the basics so that I can help as much people as possible.

I used to be diabetic but I am not diabetic any longer. I fixed my broken body. If I did it, then why can’t you? See you in the course.
