By the end of this course, you should be able to:

The course is broken down into three sections; the introduction, the risk management process, and the different types of risks we are exposed to on construction projects. In section 1, we will introduce the topic of risk management and understand the key concepts that surround the topic. In section 2, we’ll review, understand and apply the risk management process covering all the steps from establishing the context through to applying and implementing treatments. In section 3, we look at the specific categories of risks we are exposed to on construction projects. Finally, we’ll wrap up by reviewing all of the content in section 4.
